Upon your request for termination, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable law.
BLINQ Innovations Inc. also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to StrataReports and your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in unlawful activities through our platform, or acted in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of these Terms or our policies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided in your account.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately, and you must cease all use of StrataReports. Termination of your account does not affect your obligation to pay any outstanding fees, if applicable, nor does it negate the survivability of provisions intended to survive termination, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Subscription Terms
Subscription Enrollment: By enrolling in a StrataReports subscription plan ("Subscription"), you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this section in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of use for StrataReports. Our Subscriptions are designed to provide users with ongoing access to StrataReports services and content for a recurring fee.
Subscription Fees and Payment: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis, according to the billing cycle selected at the time of enrollment (e.g., monthly, annually). All fees are payable in advance and will be automatically charged to the payment method you provide. By subscribing, you authorize StrataReports to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you cancel.
Prices for Subscription plans are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the StrataReports platform or through email communication.
Renewal and Cancellation: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, allowing you to continue accessing the Subscription service until the end of the period you have paid for.
No refunds or credits for partial months or years of service will be provided. Any changes to your Subscription, including cancellation, must be initiated at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Modifications to the Subscription Plan: StrataReports reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Subscription plan, including the price, content, features, and terms of service, at any time. In the event of a material change to your Subscription, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the changes take effect, during which you may cancel your Subscription. Continued use of the Subscription after the changes come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Suspension and Termination: StrataReports reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription if we are unable to successfully charge your payment method, if you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or if we are required to do so by law. Suspended or terminated Subscribers are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the Subscription period.
Fair Use Policy: To ensure the availability and quality of our services for all subscribers, StrataReports applies a fair use policy. Excessive use of the services beyond what is deemed reasonable or normal, as determined by StrataReports in its sole discretion, may result in throttling, limitations, or suspension of your Subscription services.

BLINQ Innovations Inc. shall not be held liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events").
Force Majeure Events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, wars, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, widespread internet outages, pandemics, government actions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the occurrence of such events, we will make every reasonable effort to resume our services as soon as practicable. Your understanding and patience during these times are greatly appreciated.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, while retaining the original intentions of the parties to the fullest extent possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure by BLINQ Innovations Inc. to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. Such a waiver shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or default of the same or any other provision.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The Terms and Conditions set forth by StrataReports are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. This applies irrespective of your geographical location or the jurisdiction from which you access our services.
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, or your use of StrataReports, such disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with the rules and procedures effective in British Columbia for the resolution of disputes of this nature.
By agreeing to these Terms, you expressly waive any right to bring or participate in any lawsuit in a court of law (except for matters that may be taken to small claims court), including any class action or similar procedural action. All arbitration must occur on an individual basis, with claims of different parties not being eligible for consolidation in arbitration.
This arbitration agreement is intended to be broadly interpreted and will survive the termination of your use of our services.
