    Setting Up Your Strata Brochure

Customize sections, configure the map, and publish a shareable brochure for your listing.

First: Include a brochure in your order

Before you can set up a brochure, you need to include one when ordering your strata report. The brochure is an add-on - it cannot be created on its own.

How to order a strata brochure
    1

    Open the Brochure Editor

On your Dashboard, find the report card and click the Strata Brochure button to open the brochure editor.

    Complete the Setup Wizard

The first time you open the editor, a four-step setup wizard will guide you through the basics. These are the foundational details we need from you to generate the brochure:

    Setup Wizard - 4 Steps
    1

    Location

Pin the building on the map so we get the exact position for the 3D satellite view.

    2

    Building

Confirm or update details about the building (name, year built, etc.).

    3

    Unit

Enter unit information. If MLS data is available, some fields may auto-fill.

    4

    Profile

Set up your agent profile (name, photo, and contact info) so it appears on the brochure.

    3

    Choose What to Include

After the wizard, you enter Edit Mode. Here you see every section of the brochure - highlights, insurance, reserve fund, amenities, and more.

Each section has a toggle. Turn it on to include the section in the published brochure, or turn it off to hide it. Sections that are toggled off appear dimmed in the editor so you know they won't be visible to viewers. Try it:

Sections toggled off will not appear in the published brochure

We disable certain sections by default that we think may be less relevant for a buyer-facing brochure - but it's entirely your choice. You can add or remove anything you want.

    4

    Customize the Map

In the editor, you can fine-tune how the 3D satellite map looks at the top of the brochure. Adjust the camera angle, toggle the map pin on or off, and set the wall height for the lot boundary. These controls are only available in the editor - viewers will see the final result you set.

    5

    Save & Publish

At the bottom of the editor, you'll see a floating action bar. Here's what each button does:

    Floating Action Bar Preview
    Save Draft
    View Live
    Reset
    • •Save Draft - Saves your current edits without making anything public. Use this to save your progress as you work.
    • •Publish - Generates a public link for your brochure. Only the sections you have enabled will be visible. If you have already published before, publishing again will simply update the same link - the URL does not change.
    • •View Live - Opens the published brochure in a new tab so you can preview what others will see.
    • •Reset - Starts your brochure over from scratch. This will clear all your edits and take you back to the setup wizard. Use with caution.
    6

    Share the Published Link

After publishing, a modal appears with your brochure's public link. Use the Copy Link button to grab it. This is the link you should share - not the URL in your browser's address bar.

    What you'll see after publishing

    Your brochure is live!

Share this link with anyone to showcase the property.

    Pro Tip

Add the published brochure link to your MLS listing. It gives buyers instant access to key strata information - insurance, reserve fund health, building condition, and more - directly from the listing page. This kind of transparency is rare and demonstrates that you are a detail-oriented realtor who goes above and beyond. It can be a huge differentiator for your listing.

    Good to know

    • •The published link is publicly accessible - anyone with the link can view it, no login required.
    • •You can re-publish at any time to update the brochure content. The link stays the same - it just overrides the previous version.
    • •Use “Save Draft” to save your progress without making changes public.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Make your edits in the editor, then click Publish again. Publishing again simply overrides the previous version - the link stays exactly the same, so anyone who already has it will see the updated content.

Anyone with the link can view it. No account or login is required. This makes it perfect for sharing in listings and with potential buyers.

We pre-disable sections that are typically less relevant for a buyer-facing brochure. However, you have full control - you can enable or disable any section you want.

We recommend adding it to your MLS listing, your personal website, and in emails to prospective buyers. The more visible it is, the more value it provides.
