Setting Up Your Strata Brochure

Walk through the setup wizard, choose what buyers see, and publish your strata brochure.

Before you start

You order a StrataBrochure from the product picker when you start a new order. The brochure and the report share one dashboard card - open the editor from there using View Brochure

Complete the Setup Wizard

The first time you open the editor, a six-step wizard runs. On the last step, click Generate Brochure.

Location

Pin the building for the 3D satellite view.

Building

Confirm the building details.

Unit

Enter the unit details. Known fields are pre-filled.

Virtual Tour

Media and your listing description. All optional.

Amenities

A checklist, pre-filled from the documents. Tick or untick anything.

Profile

Your agent details, as they appear on the brochure.

Inside the Virtual Tour step

Step 4 has five sub-steps, in this order:

  1. 1.Floor Plans - images or PDFs, up to 50 MB each. Tag every plan to a floor before you continue.
  2. 2.Videos - up to 1.5 GB each.
  3. 3.Photos - up to 25 MB each.
  4. 4.3D Tour - paste a Matterport, iGUIDE or CloudPano link, embed code or tour ID.
  5. 5.Description - your listing description.

Media is optional. Use Skip all media to jump past the whole step.

You write the description yourself. Refine only polishes the wording of what you wrote, and you can give it a short instruction first.

On the Profile step, a Brokerage Name is required unless you tick “I am not a registered realtor”. Optionally add the brokerage address, phone, and logo under Add address, phone, and logo; with any of those filled in, the brochure shows a full brokerage panel instead of a single line. Your contact and brokerage details are prefilled from your most recent brochure. Change your name and photo through Update profile information.

Choose What to Include

After the wizard you land in Edit Mode. Cards are grouped under Lifestyle & Appeal, Important Buyer Facts and Building Care & Confidence.

The toggles sit on individual cards, not on sections. A card you switch off is hidden from the published brochure, and a section disappears once every card in it is off.

The recommended cards are already on, so your brochure is ready to publish straight out of the wizard.

The insurance section adds one option: Show exact deductible amounts. Turn it off to hide the dollar figures.

Customize the Map

The Map Display panel controls the 3D satellite map at the top of the brochure.

  • •Show location pin - on or off.
  • •Outline height (Short to Tall) - how tall the lot outline stands. It appears only when we have a lot boundary.
  • •Camera position (Low to High) - how high the camera orbits.
  • •Zoom level (Close to Far) - how far back the camera pulls.

Use the Action Bar

A floating action bar sits at the bottom of the editor.

  • •Save Draft - saves your edits without making anything public.
  • •Publish - creates the public link, or updates it if you published before.
  • •View Live - opens the published brochure in a new tab. It appears after your first publish.
  • •How to use - in the centre. Opens a short guide to the editor.
  • •Reset - permanently deletes your draft and the published link. Shared links stop working, and you start over from the wizard.

Publish and Share

After you publish, a Your brochure is live! modal shows your public link. Use Copy Link to copy it, or Open Brochure to view it in a new tab. Paste the link into the Virtual Tour URL or Property/Building Brochure URL field on your MLS listing.

On the published page, the media you added in the Virtual Tour step appears as tabs in the unit section.

Good to know

  • •Anyone with the link can open the brochure. No login is required.
  • •Publish again at any time to update the brochure. The link stays the same.
  • •Reset deletes the published link, so any link you shared stops working.
  • •The brochure content is auto-generated from the strata documents. Review it before you share it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Edit it, then click Publish again. The link stays the same, so anyone who already has it sees the updated content.

No. You write the description yourself in the Virtual Tour step. Refine only polishes the wording of what you wrote, optionally with a short instruction like 'make it shorter'.

Reset permanently deletes your draft and the published link. Anyone holding that link can no longer open it, and you start over from the setup wizard. It cannot be undone.

No. The Virtual Tour step is optional, and 'Skip all media' jumps past it. If you do upload floor plans, tag each one to a floor before you continue.
