    Ordering a Strata Brochure

    Include a professionally designed property brochure with your strata report order.

    Before you start

    • •A strata brochure is an add-on to a strata report order - it cannot be ordered on its own.
    • •You will need to upload the strata documents for the property, just like a normal report.
    • •You must have the MLS number for the listing, and the listing must be within the same strata as the documents you upload.

    Go to Dashboard → Reports → New to start a new report order.

    On the first step you'll be asked who the report is for. Select the StrataBrochure card - For Sellers, Seller's Agents, or Owners - to include a brochure with your order. Try it out below:

    Enter the MLS number and we'll pre-fill the property details on the next step.

    Enter the MLS number for your listing in the field below the cards. The listing must be within the same strata as the documents you'll upload. This also pre-fills the property details on the next step.

    Fill in the property details (address, unit number, dwelling type) and upload your strata documents as you normally would.

    Complete the order and payment as you normally would. The brochure will be generated alongside your strata report.

    Once your report is Ready, go to your Dashboard. You'll see a “Strata Brochure” button on the report card. Click it to open the brochure editor.

    • •The brochure is tied to the same strata property as your report - they always go together.
    • •The MLS number is required when ordering. The listing must be within the same strata as the documents you uploaded.
    • •The brochure becomes available once your strata report is ready.
