    Ordering a Strata Brochure

    Create a professionally designed property brochure for your listing.

    Before you start

    • •A strata brochure is an add-on to a strata report order - it cannot be ordered on its own.
    • •You will need to upload the strata documents for the property, just like a normal report.

    Go to Dashboard → Reports → New to start a new report order.

    On the first step you'll be asked who the report is for. Click the StrataBrochure card - For Sellers, Seller's Agents, or Owners- and you'll go straight to the property address step with a brochure included in your order. Try it out below:

    Fill in the property details (address, unit number, dwelling type) and upload your strata documents as you normally would.

    Complete the order and payment as you normally would. The brochure will be generated alongside your strata report.

    Once your report is Ready, go to your Dashboard. You'll see a “View Brochure” link on the property card - click anywhere on the card to open the brochure editor.

    • •The brochure is tied to the same strata property as your report - they always go together.
    • •The brochure becomes available once your strata report is ready.
